If you’re not too great at consuming fruit whole (like me, who much prefers muddling my fruit into desserts, but that’s another topic!), you may have looked into juicing before.

Drinking fruit juice has been a common practice for years. However, juices you buy at the store often have undesirable additives. They also only come in certain flavours, which means we can’t be as creative as we like.

For me, juicing is a great idea because I simply never want to consume fruit unless muddled into something, as I mentioned at the beginning. I chop bananas up and out them into porridge, and I only really enjoy fresh oranges when they are in liquid form. I love having a blender for this main reason, so if you’ve been thinking of owning one for a while, it could be a great investment!
