Ever since getting engaged back in September 2019, I’ve been putting a lot of time and effort into bridal blogging. I realised there aren’t too many wedding bloggers or wedding influencers based in Manchester or the North West, in which I decided to focus a little more on this area.
Of course, Powder Rooms is a lifestyle blog, and over at my Instagram account @byemmacampbell, I genuinely share a lot of life tips, food reviews, fashion and beauty favourites. But since documenting my wedding planning experiences, I’ve noticed so many more brides-to-be following me over there!
Which led me to share this post: a behind-the-scenes shoot at the fabulous Jean Jackson Couture in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. I visited the incredibly lovely Beck and Flick, which we spent an hour trying on some of the boho style wedding dresses from Rue De Seine bridal.
If you’re a little bohemian yourself, or love the more non-traditional, classic bridal look, or are planning a destination wedding, then Rue de Seine bridal is literally perfect.
The range of dresses are non classic and non ‘stuffy’ in my own humble opinion. By that, I mean that the dresses allow your personality to shine through, adding little extras like arm details, flowers crowns, sweeping veils, jackets and boots. You know, if you want to stick on your favourite cowboy boots under your floaty dress, Rue de Seine kinda just lets it work.
So take a little browse at the range of wedding dresses from Rue de Seine at Jean Jackson Couture in Manchester that I tried on. Of course, they are pinned to fit, so they aren’t the exact size I would have if these were made to order (hence a little tucking and pinning!).
The dresses below was incredibly flattering and are an array from the Moonrise Canyon and Classics Collections. At their stores you’ll find Rue de Seine Adara, Adelia Lune, Aegean, Arizona, Ash, Avril, Dolly, Fox, Jackson, Little Rock, Nahla, Presley and Tulsa Rose.
This dress is Rue de Seine Jackson.
The beautiful fitted gown is Rue de Seine Fox.
