Fashion: The Spring Cardigan

A quick outfit post today before I head into what will be a ridiculously busy Easter weekend! I don’t know about you but I am incredibly excited for a 4 day weekend- it couldn’t have come at a better time. The nicest thing about this Easter weekend is that I have 4 days in a run filled with fun things planned with different groups of friends. The majority of plans include eating and drinking, so I really can’t complain! I’ll also be hosting my own make-up masterclasses as House of Fraser in Manchester on Saturday daytime, which should be rather exciting for me.

Seeing as the clocks went back last weekend, I’m looking forward to noticing the lighter evenings this weekend too. Hopefully, the weather will start to get warmer, and I can get more wear out of my rather nice new cardigan from George at ASDA…

I can’t wait to start throwing on a long length cardigan instead of a coat, and being able to sit outside without the hassle of wrapping up warm. The cardigan in particular is perfect for me; I love the colour grey, it comes down to my knees, and it’s a casual-smart style, therefore it’s a lovely versatile item.

Hopefully, we’ll be fully underway with the Spring and Summer evenings, and we can all ditch out coats and swap for stylish cardigans. I’m loving George at ASDA for their range of chunky knits and lightweight cardigans as the collections are really affordable. Take a little look yourself here for some new season inspiration!

Have a great Easter weekend everyone!
