Just when I thought I had seen most festive twists on drinks, this new launch made me smile this morning! Plus, it could quite frankly be the most festive bottle you will ever see this Christmas 2021.
Christmas Pudding flavoured Sixpence Pud Gin Liqueur is now available from Harvey Nichols priced at £25. The ever-so-jolly, rounded bottle of Sixpence Pud Christmas Pudding Gin Liqueur 500ml – Harvey Nichols is now available to purchase in time for Christmas, and I personally think it could be one worthy of trying if you like those spiced notes mixed with your tonic!
From the team behind Snow Globe Gin, The Sixpence Pud Gin Liqueur is as decadent as it is delicious. If you’re looking to gift a gin lover this Christmas, why not skip on the traditional pink gins and other flavours we see year after year, and try this rather indulgent looking one? Now Christmas Pud isn’t always for everyone, but it’s description below makes it sound quite enticing…
“Sixpence Pud is short and sweet with a sprig of holly on top. The gin liqueur is rich and warming with a golden shimmer boasting notes of candied fruit, Christmas spices of cinnamon and orange and a vanilla and caramel sweetness running through it.”
Plus, you get a traditionally designed Christmas Pudding style bottle featuring intricate embossed detailing, which could give your Christmas Day table spread that ‘extra’ wow factor. It’s not something your guests will have seen before, thats for sure.
Where once it was tradition to find a sixpence inside a pudding, this bottle gives luxurious gold shimmer with every sip. Each bottle arrives in its own gift box with a beautiful gold foil design, so the classy gifting element is all ticked off.
The brand suggest to simply drink neat in a glass with ice, or use it to create a festive cocktail, or add to a glass prosecco to create the perfect aperitif. You just have to gently shake the bottle to release the golden shimmer! I think for me, I’d personally want to try this muddled in a festive cocktail first. I’m all up for trying the weird and the wonderland!
