An Evening With Flawless Studios and Rosie Fox Microblading

Just wanted to jump on my blog this morning to share some appreciation for some of the fantastic events I’ve been lucky enough to attend recently in Manchester. Those who have followed me for a long time will probably know I get to hear about some of the most amazing brands by attending a lot of brand launches, but it’s not always I take to the blog to share them (social media seems to be much more powerful for that!).

Obviously, with my full time job being a content creator and blogger, a lot of my coverage for brands and the exciting products/services I love and use tends to be shouted out over on Instagram as a first point of call. But a good old blog post appreciation every now and again is something I want to do more of.

So today, I wanted to give a nod to Flawless Photography Studios and Rosie Fox Brows – two brands I was introduced to after the fabulous GO:PR put on an incredible event.

The reason I wanted to shout about this event is that I feel both these brands are of high interest to my key readers (women aged betwen 16-40, living in Manchester and surrounding areas).

I mean, in a world where we’re constantly sharing photos of ourselves, our families, our loved ones etc, photography makes one of the best gifts.

After speaking with the team at Flawless at the event, I learnt how booking in for a session at their studio isn’t only beneficial for those who are looking at giving professional photos as a gift to their partner/families/friends for a present, but it can also be used as a brilliant pampering day out. Ultimately, a day at Flawless is a true confidence boosting day for women, as I quickly learnt that their team of photographers and makeup artists/hair stylists are predominately female.

Nothing captures a memory or a moment like photography, but I for one know it’s super hard to capture a good shot yourself. I always take my own photography at home with a tripod and a ring light and still get pretty horrendous quality (I try my best, but you know, it’s not always going to be 10/10!)

Perhaps if you’re struggling for a gift for someone, you could book them in (with yourself of course if you wanted!) for a makeover and hair styling session, followed by a photography session. If you love the photos, it’s a great keepsake to take away with you. The beauty is you can use the day as a fabulous day out together, and then choose to use the photography as a keepsake for yourself, a gift for loved ones, or for your own personal use.

It’s so versatile!

I also felt that combining the event with Rose Fox Brows was a fabulous idea because who doesn’t want perfect eyebrows in this day and age? I got mine microbladed last year, and I’m due my one year top up any day now. Honestly, microblading changed my face!

Like, literally gave me face framing brows that kinda of ‘lifted’ my complexion in a very subtle way. I used to spend a good 5-6 minutes in the morning brushing my brows, then penciling them in, shaping them and then setting them. I have quite bushy black brows naturally, so I’m an ideal client for microblading.

I get asked a lot about best hairdressers, best skin therapists and brow specialists in the Manchester allllll the time. Almost as much as I get asked for restaurant recommendations and spa breaks (about 5 times a day on Instagram!) so it’s great for me to attend these events and find out more about local companies, so I have the information to report to you guys.

Thank you to GO:PR for organising another exceptional events. Honestly, GO:PR fast become one of my favourite PR and events companies to work with a long time ago, and it’s brilliant seeing them go from strength to strength.
