If you read my blog regularly, or have been following my beauty journey over the years on Instagram, you’ll know I have always talked fondly of beauty and well-being brand Temple Spa.
You can simply type in Temple Spa into the search box on the website, and you’ll find numerous reviews of some of my favourite products (or read one of my fave reviews here). The Power Breakfast was the first one from Temple Spa I fell in love with, as I’m a sucker for a product which can do two jobs at once. I myself am pretty useless at multi-tasking, however if a product can deeply exfoliate my skin and act as a nourishing and detoxifying mask, then I’m sold!
The Power Breakfast jar lives proudly in my bathroom drawer, in which I try to use the scrub (either as a slightly more exfoliating cleanser or a deeper ‘scrub’) once or twice a week, and as a mask once a week – or whenever my skin needs a pick me up.
I could talk about my favourites all day, but let’s zoom in on this beautiful gift set that I think is absolutely brilliant for those who enjoy bringing that spa experience to their own and prioritising self-care. Mums, friends, sisters, work colleagues…. there are so many ladies that deserve a good pamper, and the six piece Home is Where the Spa is just a winner in my eyes.
Firstly, in case you haven’t come across Temple Spa at luxury hotels and travel destinations before (or at Harrods, one of the main retailers), the brand is inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle – which means more than food, sunshine and beaches. It’s the Med way of living, from the relaxed culture, spending time outdoors, enjoying fresh foods, and spending quality time with friends or family.
It is the ‘Med garden’ that provided the brand with the inspiration behind their skincare products. Each product formulation is curated with influence from the Med diet, lifestyle and abundance of luscious Mediterranean botanicals (combined with a technical scientific edge too of course!).
The six piece gift set is a gift collection made up of luxury hair and body treats to make sure you’re cleansed, relaxed, restored and ready to go. It comes in a calming and soothing blue box, which contains smaller sized products ideal for travelling or heading off on a little trip or staycation.

GOOD HAIR DAY | 50 ml / 1.6 fl.oz.
This is a super gentle, everyday use shampoo for silky smooth and healthy hair. It contains a blend of Mediterranean plant extracts which gently condition as well as cleansing, and features aloe vera, vitamin B5 and gyycerin to encourage stronger hair with reduced split ends and damage.
As this shampoo is super gentle, it is mild enough to use every day, is kind to the scalp and will leave hair silky and shiny. A lovely hair cleanser for leaving you with lightly volumised, shiny and healthy looking hair. Great for all hair types.
IN GOOD CONDITION | 50 ml / 1.6 fl.oz.
If you’re going to be using a shampoo for smooth, healthy hair, an excellent conditioner to follow with is needed! In Good Condition is a conditioner suitable again for everyday use if needed, which is super lightweight so it doesn’t leave hair too over-conditioned or heavy.
It’s creamy texture works to revive dry hair, leaving it shiny and beautifully nourished. IN GOOD CONDITION is a luxury conditioner that works on all hair types to soften and add shine as it conditions, along with working to mend split ends and repair any damage caused from heat styling. I have found it’s a great one for detangling too!
LA LA LAGOON | 50 ml / 1.6 fl.oz.
This is a luxury aromatherapy shower gel and body wash, which comes out as a cool blue gel and transforms into a rich creamy lather. It gives off a blue lagoon bathing experience feeling, letting your mind open up to exotic places, taking in the fresh, cleansing scents. It’s light aromas are relaxing and refreshing, with light peppermint mixed with rosewood and patchouli coming through.
A rich lather and awakening scents can really transform your shower and bathing experience, and this one really is beautiful! LA LA LAGOON body wash & shower gel is also packed with skin conditioning aloe vera to cleanse, soften and chase away any tiredness, whilst leaving your skin beautifully fragrant.

Now this is a product the person your gifting will be so relieved to find in the box of treats, as to me this is one of the holy grails of relaxation and self-care.
Peace Be Still is a soothing, lightweight body moisturiser that’s super kind and very gentle on your skin, but it’s the fact it’s loaded with an array of calming essential oils and aromatherapy ingredients which makes this special. The scents are deeply calming and aid in relaxation. So applying this all over the body is a perfect ‘activity’ before bedtime or during moments of stress. to help you relax.
The all-over balm deeply moisturises and softens, leaving the skin feeling super silky to touch. As well as being a calming cream, it is a hydrating moisturiser with extracts of coriander, lemon, nutmeg, antioxidants and a fusion of relaxing Mediterranean essential oils and vitamin B5. Perfect for the body, mind and soul.

Now the name of this one may make you giggle, but there’s good reason for it! This is predominately a refreshing cooling gel for tired feet and limbs, that helps to reduce puffiness, aids in cooling hot tired feet, refreshes and revives.
I mean, us heel-wearing, rushing around women know that feeling of having hot, tense and tight feet and legs, right? Us women never stop! The product acts as a muscle reliever cream which refreshes tired feet and aching calves that have been standing or working hard for too long.
The lotion is rich in natural extracts and Mediterranean essential oils that help to instantly cool down the skin, complete with a tingly feeling which makes you go ‘aahhh!’ – hence the name!
PALM BALM | 50 ml / 1.6 fl.oz.
If there was ever a year when luxury hand cream would be so appreciated, 2020 was it. PALM BALM is one of the brands award-winning intensive hand creams for dry hands, with it’s luxuriously nourishing and hydrating formula. The cream absorbs quickly into hands and nails, as it works to smooth the skin and even the skin tone. So you don’t just get a silky smooth feeling of soft, nourished hands, you get the added benefits of treating uneven skin tone, age spots and dull skin.
PALM BALM is more of a luxurious skincare treatment, with it’s fast-absorbing formula that acts as a multivitamin cocktail.
