I’m not usually one to be adventurous when it comes to hair. I tend to leave my naturally straight ‘but very flat’ hair down without any styling, and it’s honestly like that pretty much every day. The Shark Glam Straight, Waves and Curls Multi-Styler
The Shark Glam Straight, Waves & Curls Multi-Styler is designed to simplify styling without compromising on results. Whether you love a sleek blow-dry, bouncy curls, or effortless undone waves, this one tool does it all — and fast. It is lightweight, powerful, and genuinely intuitive to use, which makes it ideal for both busy mornings and those dressy, occasion evenings. It’s also a very attractive tool, with its luxe gold colour and super sleek design. And although it has multiple styling attachments, it didn’t look overwhelming or feel too ‘technical’.
It comes with the Shark Silki Straightener, Shark Glossi Brush, 2x Curlers, Style Concentrator, Diffuser and a Soft Case. These are actually really easy to remove and attach on, with a simple pull and twist technique.
It’s mission is to give hair heat damage free glamour, so you can enjoy styling your hair multiple ways without the worry of heat damage.
I have to say, I’d struggle to think of anyone who doesn’t need this in their life. A hair dryer, with auto-wrap curlers, a silki straightening tool, a glossi tool etc. all in one!
My Experience and Tips for Using the Shark Glam
After a few weeks of experimenting, I’ve learned that the key to getting the best results from the Shark Glam is sectioning your hair properly and letting the tool do the work. I’d say the main ‘feature’ of the Shark Glam Multi-Styler is it’s Gloss Lock Technology, which seals in shine on dry hair for a smooth, radiant finish, and is super long lasting. The Silki tool acts as both a hot tool and air straightener, delivering a silky, frizz-free look without heat damage. I use this for wet-to-dry styling, hair touch-ups and dry styling.
You can easily use it for both wet or dry blow dries, with the Glossi Tool & Air Glosser giving high-gloss results without any frizz. My hair is broken from lots of bleach, and extremely parched, and I find this keeps it silky!
For a more obvious straight, glossy finish, I start by drying my hair to about 80%, then glide the Silki tool through small sections from root to tip, twisting slightly at the ends for a soft curve. A smooth, salon-style finish with natural movement that lasts all day.
The device comes with x2 Auto Wrap Curler attachments, and these are the ones I like to use when I want more defined curls. I simply take medium size sections of hair, and it automatically wraps around the curler, then sets, giving a glossy curl super fast! By doing it this way, my whole head has sleek yet bouncy curls in minutes. It’s so easy, and literally speedy! Honestly if you’ve struggled to create smooth curls before and don’t want that ‘clamping’ technique, the Auto Wrap Curler attachments make it so easy and give brilliant results!
And for those off-duty days? I really like using the Silki Straightener attachment to quickly smooth yet add a few bends to my hair for that relaxed texture — perfect for coffee runs or a self-care Sunday at home.

To be completely transparent, the hardest thing for me was getting used to using it on wet hair, especially the Style Concentrator. I’ve always been one who has styled hair from 100% dry, after blasting with a hairdryer. But with this tool, I can now do dry as I style straight from wet.
