So today’s post is sharing a pretty different, unique facial device I came across, which landed on my beauty desk in November. No I’ve put quite a lot of weight on my face since being pregnant, so I’ve noticed I’ve lost that toned jaw line and I have a lot of excess skin on my cheeks! I mean, the first impression most people will have is that the device looks rather unusual. It looks pretty high tech and ‘wow’, and let me tell you, it really is!
What is a Sculpting Roller?
Think of it as a premium facial massager, with the aim to tone, refine and define the face. I don’t really have cheekbones that are on show as I have a round face which I wouldn’t say is defined in the slightest, and especially since becoming pregnant, I’m rocking a fair few chins!

How to use the sculpting roller
I’ve taken the how to use advice straight from the Glitz Toy website, as they are the professionals with this device so felt it best to share the correct ‘how to’ so to speak. I usually use a lightweight moisturiser or oil on my skin before I start the rolling process, and I usually give myself this lovely little treatment for about 2-3 minutes.
- Apply your moisturiser or oil to give the skin some slip and avoid tugging of the skin
- Starting from the jawline move the tool from front to back (towards the ears) for eight times each side
- Do the same for the cheekbones
- To ensure the lymphatic drainage is complete, always finish by taking the tool down the side of your neck a few times
