Swedish retail giant H&M has shared the first preview of its highly anticipated collaboration with French fashion designer Isabel Marant with its Twitter followers last week. Everytime H&M collaborate with a big name designer, the collection always goes down a hit with both High St and designer shoppers, and I expect this next one shall be no different!
The retailer shared this picture of Marant modelling a loose-fitted printed dress and slouchy tasselled ankle boots with the tweet: “You’re the first ever to see @isabelmarant wearing the #HMIsabelMarant collection! What do you think?”
When the collection was announced last month, Marant said that the aim of the collaboration was to “create something real, that women want to wear in their everyday lives”, adding that the collection would be infused with Parisian attitude where “you dress up, but do not pay too much attention and still look sexy”.
The Isabel Marant for H&M is set to roll out across 250 H&M stores worldwide on November 14, and will feature both clothing and accessories for men and women. Marant is the latest designer to collaborate with the high street store previously the chain has worked with Versace, Marni, Lanvin, Stella McCartney and most recently Maison Martin Margiela. I can’t wait to shop this collection!
