Cooking With Andrew Green at Mamucium in Manchester

Annnnd I’m back to vlogging! My latest vlog just gone live on YouTube takes you with me on an experience with a little bit of a difference: I go on a cooking mission with head Chef of Mamucium restaurant, Andrew Green!

Forever the girl you’ll find on the *right* side of the kitchens, eating three course meals for my job as a food blogger, I decided to venture to the other side and pick up some tips from Andrew himself…

Take a watch below!

I’ve previously reviewed Mamucium when it first opened at the end of last year. You can check out my full review of the menu here, which includes some nice food photography and my honest thoughts of the place, the food and the menu choices.

Andrew made a fabulous King Prawn Linguine with me at Mamucium the other week, and I have to say, I learnt a fair few new things!

For example, who knew you could make a homemade pesto so easily with rocket, olive oil, toasted pine nuts, garlic and lemon?

My life has now changed. Forever will I be making fresh homemade pesto instead of turning to the ingredient overloaded pre-made jars!

A huge thank you to Andrew Green and the team at Mamucium for giving the opportunity to go ‘behind-the-scenes’, and try out some more bloomin’ lovely food!
