So whilst were yet again facing icy cold temperatures, I can tell you that Beyonce and Alicia Keyes are where the sun is shining, in beautiful Rio De Janeiro shooting their new video “Put it in a love song”.
They’ve hung up their parka’s and whipped out the kaftans. And head scarfs. And teeny frilly skirts. If this is what a Brazilian summer is made of, then I think i’d like to become part of it!
Although the fashions are a little bit clashed, after all we are seeing flashes of floral skirts in contrast with tribal patterns and high voltage blooms, it still looks amazing. I am loving the mix of tangerine and aqua on Beyonce, and Alicia’s concoction of lilac and lemon.
One thing is for sure – I can’t fly over to Brazil to experience this tribal summer the two singing superstars are having. But I have found some bold printed beauties on ASOS that can take me to the streets of Rio in no time! Or at least in my head…
