Beauty: Hero Products For July

It’s officially  the weekend! I’ve got a busy weekend out celebrating one of my good friends birthdays, so of course, the night before has to be all about pampering! There’s nothing better that having a Friday night in, treating your hair to a deep conditioning treatment and painting your nails neatly without being in a rush (and even spoiling them to a topcoat, something I usually have to skip!)

So I wanted to share with you some of my hero products I’ve been using recently which I can’t rave about enough! The first one is Jergens Ultra Healing Body Moisturiser – it’s a rich cream which heals all types of skin dryness with Vitamin C, E and B5. It’s a new product just launched by Jergens, and smells deliciously expensive even though it’s not, and is available from local places such as Tesco, Boots and Superdrug. I put this all over and I smelt amazing. The softest my skin has felt for a long while…

For facial use, I’ve also become a massive fan of Glam Glow tingling and exfoliating mud mask. It contains volcanic rock, french sea clay and green tea leaf pieces to deliver the ultimate ‘facial in a jar’. Aiming to give you camera-ready glowing skin, the product claims to leave skin soft, smooth and exfoliated, and also claims to aid a noticeable 3 day glow. So what did I think? Well I have only used it once and I was really impressed after just one application! I applied it to my skin and it started to set and dry really quickly, making fiacial expressions quite hard (stiff face!) however once washed off with warm water, my skins felt lovely! It looked bright and healthy, similar to the feeling you have when you book in for a professional facial and your chuffed to pieces with the results.

Glam Glow Mud Mask is also ideal to use for men and women, so if your fella’s skin needs perking up, let him try some!

So if you need to treat your face and body to a product each for July, it could be worth following my suggestions! Happy product shopping!
