If you’re going to impress your visiting loved ones, consider making your home guest-ready for the holidays.
However, if you need to spruce up your guest room for the holidays, you may want to reinvigorate it without spending too much. Here are some budget-friendly ways to give your guest room a new look.
Change the Colour Palette
If you feel that your guest bedroom is drab, you can easily add new life to it without breaking the bank. One way to do this is to select a colour palette to make the room more vibrant. Applying a fresh coat of paint to your walls will make your room look updated and cleaner looking.
When choosing colours for your bedroom walls and ceiling, it is best to pick neutral paint colours to serve as the foundation for your colour scheme. You can easily add a burst of colour whenever and wherever you choose. For example, a neutral wall will allow your favourite paintings to stand out. Hanging framed prints or photos will also help to add some interest to a blank wall.
